Day 30 - Cardio. Quick Bike Ride.
Day 31 - Lower Body. New exercises again.
Day 32 - Cardio. Quick Skate.
Day 33 - Upper Body. Awesome workout!
Day 34 - Long Bike Ride. 54 minutes. Avg heart rate 128. 776 calories burned,
Day 35 - Freeday. I will not eat today like I did last week. I was sick on Monday.
