I start skating tomorrow. For the next 16 weeks I am formally training for the two marathons I'll do this summer. I am a bit apprehensive. Will I be in good enough shape? I am thinking of adding additional cardio...namely, Gospel Aerobics:
Wow! Paul is energetic isn't he? Now I have one question...is this considered aerobic activity because of the dancing or laughing that goes along with the performance? Either way I don't see how you could NOT be ready for marathons with gospel aerobics.
