Today is free day. No working out and no limits on what to eat. However, I do still keep a govenor on the volume of food taken in.
I like it when free day corresponds with a holiday celebration. I am looking forward to enjoying today's resurrection feast.
BTW - Today I weighed in and took some measurements. I am on track. The primary objective of my efforts is to transform fat to muscle so scale weight is not an overriding metric. Lowering body fat and increasing muscle mass is the ticket.
