Cardio. Wanted to skate but it was too wet. Went biking instead. Rode for 38 minutes, burned 615 calories at average heart rate of 138. This mornings motivation was offered by my workout partner (Carla, my wife.) She mentioned her deep concern that I wasn't doing Cardio hard enough and according to her, by the book, like she does. I gratefully accepted her advice even though I've taught her everything she knows. Thanks Babe.
