Cardio. In-line skating. 20 minutes. 138 average heart rate. 260 Calories burned.
The route I am skating is getting easier. I do not get winded like I did even two weeks ago, and I don't burn as many calories. I can also hold the long stride (bent over, arms behind back) for almost one block. This is progress and it is probably time to extend the route and or time.
