I can barely type, need to slow down. I guess that is what typing looks like with rubber arms. What a great workout today! I am most excited about benching 200 - 8 times and 215 - 6 times, after having done two warmups of 12 and 10 repaoa (oopps, did it again), reps is what I meant to type.
